Our Boot Fit Guarantee

Proper boot fitting takes time, even if you have the ‘perfect’ foot. When your feet aren’t perfect (like most of our’s), it takes even longer to get things just right. Have patience with the process and you will be rewarded! It typically takes around ten full days on the slopes before a boot will have formed properly to your foot. Cold, achy, tingling feet are to be expected for the first few days, especially if you are looking for top performance out of your boots. Custom work on your boots is often necessary to get the most comfortable fit possible. Tweaking the fit may require several trips back into the shop in order to get things just right. If, after repeated adjustments and several weeks of use, we cannot make you comfortable, you may return your boots to us for exchange to fit into a different model that we sell. It is extremely rare that we are unable to satisfy our customers the first time around, but when it does happen, we are more than happy to make the necessary changes in order to make things right.
